 Blazing out of Santa Cruz, California, Dub Congress has spent a decade bringing heavyweight reggae, dancehall and dub to the masses. Their latest album, "Down in Santa Cruz," has been hailed as "one of the most impressive albums from an American reggae band in recent memory" (Jammin' Reggae Archives). Increasingly known as a prime mover on the indigenous west coast reggae and dub tip, Dub Congress has recently gained international exposure with a track on the massive compilation album "Babylon is Ours: The USA in Dub," out now on Select Cuts Records.
