Steve started multitrack recording two cassette decks together many moons ago... Several multitrack systems and 20 years later many songs were born...Steve found Jeff at a local Blues Jam. "Jeff is every bit as good as the great classic rock drummers John Bonham and Keith Moon. Its taken a while to harness Jeff's energy... but now...it speaks for itself with the first listen...CityDreams is named in honor of Steven's favorite Robin Trower Album. "In City Dreams". Todd comes to us with tons of experience... You may have seen Todd in the Friskey Chickens or Sons of Men... Todd adds a bottom end that is unique and pleasing... "We play with a heavy emphasis on clean tones, feedback and the wah wah. I use a Marshall Head with an old Peavey speaker cab with a 15 inch bottom and the 4 -12s as the top stack with a 79 Gibson CRS 335", says Steven."It has a heavy clean spacy sound that is our signature tone....My effects are a secret"." 6/24/06 Aptos Benefit Concert, Santa Cruz, Ca... Mason is an amazing promoter... he put together an awesome line up... This was one of the coolest sound systems and stages we have played on so far... We got to hang with some great musicains including Jay from Sahara Sands and members of Estratosphear....

7/16/06 Emerald Empire Hempfest-
All and all this was a great performace for CityDreams.... there were some awesome acts including the Dukes of Ted and Ned Turner(reggae)... we met some really cool people who are all very dedicated to promoting hemp based products in a cotton dominated industry.... We are taking a break to enjoy the rest of our summer and our loved ones.... see ya soon
